Hi, I’m Cait! A holistic wellness coach and independent disability support worker.
I help women and young people with CFS/ME, Fibromyalgia, and POTS, who were once busy, vibrant, and capable, and who now find themselves trapped in bodies wracked with symptoms, with dreams that feel dead, and in a world that doesn’t understand what they’re going through, to reclaim their health and their life.
If you’re tired of being told to “get over it”, to “pull yourself up by your bootstraps”, or that “its all in your head”, if you’re tired of false promises and quick fixes that don’t work, and gaslighting from doctors who tell you that others have it worse, you’re in the right place.
I offer a gentle path forward, grounded in my own experience recovering from CFS/ME, Fibro, and POTS. It is a path forward that supports you holistically, as a whole person.
I’ll come alongside you as a gentle companion and guide, one who has walked this path herself and found a way forward, who is now coming back to help you find it too. I’ll meet you where you’re at, and together we’ll explore the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and lifestyle aspects of healing, and create a personalised, compassionate, yet practical recovery plan designed around your specific needs, body, and life.
Whether you’re in bed, on the couch, or having a rare good day, I’ll come alongside you and walk with you and beside you each step of the way.

What Coaching With Me Looks Like
We’ll begin by booking you a free 30 minute discovery call with me so I can get to know you, and to chat about where you’re at and what your needs are. If you’re a good fit for my approach, then you can choose to book either individual one-on-one coaching sessions with me, available as either individual sessions, or in a 3 or 6 month coaching package. You may choose how often you would like us to meet, whether weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
The option of face-to-face or online sessions is available. I am conscious of the fact that many people with chronic illness struggle to get out of bed, let alone out and about, and so I work flexibly with your needs. If you would like face-to-face, we can meet in a public place like a library or coffee shop, or I can come to your house. Online is always available as well.

An individual one-on-one coaching session with me will be client centered and will explore your current circumstances and goals. We will look at where you currently are and where you would like to be and together we will create a personalised plan with doable steps to help you reach your goal. I will ask you deep, thought provoking questions, challenging you, inspiring you, and helping you catch a vision for where you could be with your health and life. I will walk with you each step of the way, and provide ongoing support, encouragement, and accountability, and will be contactable in-between sessions.
I use a holistic approach, incorporating physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, and lifestyle aspects of the healing process. We will look at sleep, nutrition, getting to the root issues (e.g. detoxing, mitochondrial healing, inflammation, gut healing, & immune system healing), movement, pacing and baseline work, grief, relationships and social life, work & finances, spirituality, mindset and mental health, nervous system healing, self-esteem, self-care, rest and relaxation, and hobbies and creativity.
We will look at what are the areas you would like to work on and I will support you as you implement necessary changes in your life.

I understand that chronic illness greatly limits what you are able to do on a day to day basis, and so I also offer independent disability support services to help take the load off of your shoulders so you can focus on your recovery.

Includes driving to appointments, grocery shopping, social events, etc.

Includes showering, dressing, grooming, etc.
I create a personalised plan with you and help you implement it. Like my coaching, my support work is client centered and goals-based. It is also strengths-based, and I support you to be as independent as possible.
