In the pain, grief, overwhelm, and suffering of ME/CFS, there is hope.
And you’re not alone.
Do you…
Wake up exhausted
Feel trapped in a cycle of pushing and crashing
Struggle with brain fog, weakness, and widespread pain
Grieve the life you once had – or never got to live
Feel unsure of what to try or who to trust
Do you feel broken, helpless, and hopeless? Like no one understands what you’re going through?

Your story isn’t over.
There is hope.
You are not alone.
I understand how scary and horrible ME/CFS, Fibro, and POTS are because I’ve lived them. And I’m here to meet you where you’re at and walk with you and coach you to the other side.

About Cait
Cait’s life changed overnight when she was hospitalised and diagnosed with ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia. Told that there was basically nothing that could be done, she was sent home where, for the next two years, she was bedridden. Now she is recovered and helping others do the same.
