The Literary Friends Society REMINDER & INVITATION

So… what is The Literary Friends Society?

I’m glad you asked!

It is a Discord community group I am creating for people who like to think, read, and write deeply. 😀

There is a book club, where we read through a book together and discuss it on a weekly basis via Discord. There is also a podcast that goes with it. One season of the podcast is out so far, a discussion on Orwell’s Animal Farm. Check it out, if you haven’t already! https://caitlinmullon.podbean.com/ We haven’t yet started the next season and book, I’ve just had so much going on with moving and all! But… hopefully soon.

But, if the book club isn’t your thing, come anyway… there is also space in the Discord community to discuss other books you are reading, share book recommendations, any writing projects on which you are working and would like feedback, and space to have deep discussions about philosophy, theology, history, etc. If there is anything else you would like to see on there, relevant to the literary world, let me know, I’m open to ideas!

If this sort of thing interests you or someone you know, let me know, and pass the info on to them. A literary society is only as good as the people who are in it! And if you don’t like it, you can leave.  I won’t be offended! :X
